  Loci typed: A, B, C, DQB1, DRB1
Additional notes: The genotype data has alleles at different levels of resolution. Nearly always 3 or 4 field. On some occasions an allele at 3 field could not be resolved at 4 field For that the frequencies of alleles and haplotypes are shown at 3 field FOR EXAMPLE Some B*07:05:01 (frequency of 0.00084763) could not be resolved to its 4 field component Therefore the frequencies at 4 field were reduced to 3 field B*07:05:01:01 reduced to B*07:05:01 0.001758847 B*07:05:01:02 reduced to B*07:05:01 0.0000211909 Thus all three of these frequencies are summed and represented as B*07:05:01 with a frequency of 0.002627675
