Populations Add Frequencies for new HLA Population Study

Instructions

If you are looking to submit a Short Population Report to Human Immunology, please click here

If you are looking to add Genotype (Raw) data, without an SPR, please also click here

The tool on this page is for the submission of HLA allele frequencies only - please be aware that this is not suitable for a Human Immunology Short Population Report.

Please provide the data of your population by using the Java Upload Tool.
Click here to download the latest version (1.18) of the upload tool

This tool will allow you to format and validate your data for submission to the Allele Frequencies Net Database.
The 'SampleFiles.zip' file contains template files that can be edited with Microsoft Excel, and then loaded in to the Allele Frequencies Upload Tool.

This is an executable Java (.jar) file. You will need to have a 'Java Runtime Environment' installed on your computer. Most computers will already have this installed, but you can download it here.

(With some browsers, such as Chrome, you will see a warning that the browser 'might be unable to use the Java plugin'. You can ignore this warning, as the AFND upload tool does not use a browser plugin. Depending on your browser, you can check your current Java version automatically here, or manually here)

Help

Some help for using the upload tool is available here.
