Via this page, we encourage direct submissions of users’ own data to the Adverse Drug Reaction database. We welcome both published and unpublished data.

In order to submit your own data, please download the authors’ submission form as well as the tutorial document. Follow the instructions in the tutorial and upload the completed submission form.

Once we have received your data, we will perform some validation checks before adding the data online.
