100 individuals from Amman and 46 from Jordan Valley. Not able to distinguish between A*68/69. Frequency given under first allele. The allele C*05:02 was change to C*05:09 according to IMGT/HLA. Blank alleles were reported at 0.191 for A, 0.184 for B and 0.212 C. |
