  Method(s): SSOP, SBT
  Source: Bone Marrow Registry
  Loci typed: A, B, C, DQB1, DRB1
Additional notes: HLA haplotype frequencies were estimated using an expectation maximization algorithm Allele frequencies were then calculated by direct counting from estimated haplotype frequencies Data was collapsed to g Groups as defined in the report from the Immunogenomics Data Analysis Working Group of the 16th International HLA and Immunogenetics Workshop (Int J Immunogenetics 2013,40,46-53) Genotypes were then given at one field but haplotype and allele frequencies at 2 field, although the alleles named in allele frequency and haplotype data should be suffixed with "g" for example frequency of 24:02 is the frequency of 24:02g
