  Additional notes: HLA-DPB1 has been genotyped, and added in the raw data format. A new allele HLA-DPB1*581:01 has been identified in one individual in the present study and was reported in the raw data. However it is not included in the allele frequency format. So we did not reported in the allele frequency table and Haplotype DRB1*16:02:01-DPB1*581:01-DQB1*05:02(0.101%) was not included in the haplotype table. HLA-DPB1*17:01:01 and HLA-DPB1*19:01:01 has been identified in the present study. Since the allele frequency format does not contain HLA-DPB1*17:01:01 and HLA-DPB1*19:01:01, so they were reported as HLA-DPB1*17:01 and HLA-DPB1*19:01, respectively instead in allele and haplotype frequencies tables.
